DA Series Dual Motor Controller

The DA series dual – motor controllers are specifically designed for a variety of vehicle types, including buses, logistics vehicles, commercial vehicles, and heavy – industry/heavy – duty trucks. They can precisely control one 100KW motor and one 250KW motor simultaneously, meeting the complex power requirements under different working conditions. Whether it’s the frequent stops and starts of urban buses or the heavy – load climbing of heavy – duty trucks, they can achieve efficient and stable power output. In terms of core components, IGBT modules from domestic manufacturer StarPower and Japanese manufacturer Fuji are selected. With their excellent power conversion efficiency and remarkable stability, they provide a solid performance guarantee for the controllers. In terms of connection performance, they are compatible with wire diameters ranging from 50 to 120 square millimeters, ensuring the reliability and safety of high – current transmission. These controllers are equipped with control technologies based on industry standards and feature UDS diagnostic services compliant with the ISO14229 standard, enabling rapid and accurate diagnosis and positioning of system faults. The fault snapshot function can completely record key operating parameters and system status at the moment a fault occurs, providing comprehensive and accurate data for maintenance personnel to analyze faults, significantly improving the efficiency of fault troubleshooting and repair.
