DC 180 Dual Motor Controller
The DC controller is designed for logistics vehicles, passenger cars and commercial vehicles. It is a high-performance dual-motor control device that can accurately control 2 motors with peak power of 60~120KW at the same time. It can meet the power requirements of different vehicles in multiple scenarios such as urban roads and highways. Whether it is the frequent start and stop of logistics vehicles, the heavy-load transportation of commercial vehicles, or the smooth driving of passenger cars, it can provide stable and efficient power output. In the selection of core components, the domestic IGBT module of Star is adopted, relying on its advanced power semiconductor technology to ensure that the controller has excellent power conversion efficiency and excellent stability; the quick-plug connection design not only simplifies the installation process, but also effectively reduces the contact resistance and ensures the reliability of signal and power transmission. The controller is equipped with advanced control technology and has UDS diagnostic service functions that comply with the ISO14229 standard. It can quickly and accurately diagnose and locate system faults. The fault snapshot function can completely record key operating parameters and system status at the moment the fault occurs, providing maintenance personnel with detailed data support, greatly improving the efficiency of fault detection and repair, and providing solid protection for the safe and reliable operation of the vehicle with intelligent and efficient performance.
