EP-Axle5 Passenger Car
The EP-Axle5 electric drive axle is based on the EP5 platform, with an output load of 3500 kg, a maximum torque of 5400 N.m, and a speed ratio of 15.58. It highly integrates the functional units such as the drive motor, reducer, and differential, and replaces the traditional mechanical transmission system with an integrated design, effectively reducing energy loss in the power transmission link and improving energy utilization efficiency. Its compact structure not only greatly saves chassis space and releases more space for battery pack layout, but also reduces the vehicle’s own weight through lightweight design, achieving “more hauling and faster running”.
