In the core part of the power, the MCU controller and the motor adopt a sophisticated integrated design, successfully reducing pipeline components such as high-voltage wires, reducing energy loss and failure risks. The integrated flat wire motor has excellent performance, with a speed easily exceeding 12000r/min, and a significant increase in power density, making the vehicle more powerful while further reducing energy consumption. In terms of the transmission system, through optimized layout, shortened motor cantilever, matched with high-speed low rolling resistance bearings, and optional SiC controllers, the system efficiency has been significantly improved and energy loss has been greatly reduced. Not only that, the electric drive axle is also matched with a maintenance-free hub unit, which not only extends the service life, but also does not require maintenance during the entire life cycle, greatly reducing the later maintenance cost and time cost.
