The QT115SPE electric drive axle has a rated load of 11.5-13T, a voltage platform of 540 VDC, a peak output torque of 42000 Nm, and a speed ratio of 75/38/20.8/56.6/32/16.7 It highly integrates functional units such as drive motors, reducers, and differentials, replacing the traditional mechanical transmission system with an integrated design, effectively reducing energy loss in the power transmission link and improving energy utilization efficiency. Its compact structure not only greatly saves chassis space and releases more space for battery pack layout, but also reduces the vehicle’s own weight through lightweight design, truly realizing “carry more weight and run faster.”
