SA Series Single Motor Controller
This single motor controller is designed for logistics vehicles, passenger cars and commercial vehicles. It can accurately control a motor with a peak power of 60KW, providing stable and efficient power output regulation for the vehicle. In terms of core device configuration, it uses IGBT modules from domestic Star and internationally renowned brands Infineon and Fuji to ensure that the controller has excellent power conversion efficiency and reliable stability; the connection components use Amphenol connectors to ensure stable and efficient signal transmission with high reliability and excellent electrical performance.
In terms of software, the controller is developed based on the advanced AutoSAR architecture. This open and standardized software architecture not only improves the compatibility and scalability of the software, but also facilitates integration and collaboration with different vehicle systems. At the same time, the controller has the UDS diagnostic service function of the ISO14229 standard, which can quickly and accurately diagnose and locate system faults, greatly improving the efficiency of troubleshooting; the fault snapshot function can fully record key operating parameters and system status at the moment of the fault, providing comprehensive and accurate data support for subsequent fault analysis and repair. Whether it is urban logistics distribution, daily commuting, or commercial transportation scenarios, this controller can ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle with its powerful performance and intelligent functions.
