TZ400 Drive Motor
As the power core of new energy equipment, the TZ400 drive motor shoulders the key mission of converting electrical energy into mechanical energy and providing driving force for vehicles, mechanical devices, etc. Its operation is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When current passes through the stator winding, a rotating magnetic field is generated. This magnetic field interacts with the rotor to drive the rotor to rotate at high speed, thereby driving the equipment to operate.
In terms of technological innovation, permanent magnet synchronous motors have become the mainstream type of drive motors at present due to their high power density, high efficiency, and fast response speed. It uses rare earth permanent magnet materials to make rotors, which greatly improves the magnetic properties of the motor and reduces energy loss; the application of flat wire winding technology effectively increases the cross-sectional area of the wire, reduces resistance, improves heat dissipation capacity, and further improves the power density and efficiency of the motor. In addition, the cooling system of the motor has been continuously upgraded, from traditional air cooling to liquid cooling and even oil cooling, to ensure that the motor can still maintain a stable operating temperature under high-load operation.
